"Which college would be best for me? What's it like to be a college student? How should I prepare for this important step in my life?"

The Greater Raleigh National College Fair can help students find the answers. On Tuesday, March 13, nearly 200 colleges from around North Carolina and across the country will participate in the largest college fair in this part of North Carolina. Students and parents can visit with college representatives and attend special workshops including:

• how to search for the best fit
• application tips
• essay writing
• how to finance a college education

Students should pre-register online.

WHEN: Tuesday, March 13th 4:00pm – 8:00pm
COST: There is no charge to attend.

Seniors interested in being considered for the State Employees Credit Union scholarship should stop by student services to pick up an application. Each public high school in North Carolina can select one student to earn a $10,000 scholarship. Applicants must be accepted to one of the UNC system schools. Applications are due to Mr. Clark on or before April 13th, 2012.
